When is it a paid replacement?

What if my frames don’t qualify for a replacement?
KREWE is happy to offer minor repairs and paid lens replacements. If you are not located near a KREWE store location (linked), please email krewe@KREWE.com with a photo of your damaged frames so our team can determine repair eligibility.

Purchased directly from KREWE?
You're automatically registered for Second Chances. To make a claim, email krewe@KREWE.com with an image of the damaged frames and your shipping address. Our team will be in touch within 1 business day.
Purchased from a KREWE retailer?
If you bought your frames from a third-party retailer, be sure to register your frames for Second Chances.
If the gift giver purchased directly through KREWE, please email krewe@KREWE.com with the name of the person who gifted the frames and we’ll happily get your order information to determine eligibility. If the frame was purchased through an authorized retailer, you’ll still need to track down the receipt and order information to register your frame or make a claim.
EXCLUSIONS
Does this cover lost, stolen, or discarded frames?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or discarded frames.
Do I need a receipt to submit a claim?
Proof of purchase is required for all claims. If you did not purchase directly from KREWE, be sure to register the frames or have the receipt readily available.
Is my final sale purchase covered?
Any item purchased at a discount of 40% or more is not covered under Second Chances. This applies to purchases made directly through KREWE or a third party.
Does my sample sale purchase qualify?
All sample sale purchases are final sale and not covered under Second Chances.
Is my consignment purchase covered?
Second hand purchases are not covered under Second Chances.
