WORRY-FREE RETURNS

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on eligible purchases. Make sure your frames are in brand-new and unworn condition.

Please note that only eligible frames can be returned or exchanged. Qualifications vary depending on discount:  

  • Full Price: Eligible for return/exchange and our full Second Chances—Free Replacements Warranty program.
  • Under 10% off: Eligible for full return and our lifetime warranty program.
  • 10 to 39% off: Eligible for exchange only and our lifetime warranty program.
  • 40% or more: Not eligible for return, exchange, or our lifetime warranty program.
  • Please note, frames purchased at in-person Sample Sales are final sale and not eligible for exchange, refund or warranty.

Please verify your discount and purchase terms before buying. Exchange and/or store credit values are based upon the actual price paid for your frames. Sale prices will not be honored on exchanges once the sale has ended.

RETURN + EXCHANGE TERMS

Blue light lenses, reader lenses, and custom vanity tints are custom cut just for you and are only eligible for exchange, unless purchased with a final sale frame. Any lens purchased with a final sale frame will be considered final sale.

All international returns are subject to a return shipping fee. To begin your return, please visit KREWE Returns.

Exchanges are based on product availability at the time your original order reaches our warehouse. Exchange values are based on the purchase price.

RESTOCKING FEES

A 2.5% restocking fee will be incurred for orders of 3 or more when all items are returned for a refund. Missing packaging items will be charged the following fees:

  • Satchel or case box: $10
  • Frame case: $45

GIFT EXCHANGES

Not your style? No problem. Click here to enter our return portal. Be sure to have the purchaser's email and order number. If you don't have this information, don't worry. Select "Don't have your order information?" and our team will help you locate the order to determine eligibility. Please note that frames purchased at a discount of 40% off or more cannot be exchanged.
