ALL ORDERS

Please allow 3 business days for sale orders to leave our warehouse. Lens orders will take an additional 5 business days to process. Once your order ships, tracking can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Thank you for your patience!  

PO BOX

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address at checkout. If you would like to request to have an order shipped to a P.O. box, please contact KREWE Customer Experience at krewe@KREWE.com or call 504.684.2939 before placing your order.

DOMESTIC

All orders $255 and above receive complimentary 2-day shipping via FedEx. Orders under $255 can select Ground or Express shipping for a fee.

CANADA

All Canadian orders receive complimentary international shipping, inclusive of duties and taxes. Orders will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Please ensure you are shopping in CAD by selecting Canada in the multi-country selector.

PUERTO RICO

All orders shipped to Puerto Rico will arrive in 3 business days. 

EU, UK, AUSTRALIA, MEXICO, UAE, SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, ISRAEL, NETHERLANDS, SAUDI ARABIA, SPAIN, DENMARK, ITALY, SINGAPORE

Complimentary shipping is offered to the above countries. Duties and taxes will be calculated and paid at checkout. Please be sure to shop in your local currency for duty inclusion to apply. The recipient is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping timeline is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes will be calculated and due at the time of delivery. The recipient is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping timelines may vary by destination.

OVERNIGHT ORDERS

At this time, we are unable to accommodate overnight orders.

BLUE LIGHT, READERS AND VANITY LENSES

Lens orders are hand-cut and take an additional 3 business days to process. Thank you for your patience!

Once your item leaves our warehouse, your order should arrive within the below carrier-designated window.

Saturday delivery is not available for the below shipping methods. KREWE is not responsible for shipping delays once your product has been passed off to the carrier. For attempted deliveries, please contact FedEx to schedule a re-delivery.
